1) they are a good source of nutrients and necessary vitamins and minerals
2) broccoli is like a bunch of flowers, and is a flower head, the part used for cooking is the 'heads'
cabbage and cauliflower are large heads of leaves, and the leaves are eaten
3) as an extra flavour, to enhance other, or on garlic bread. It can be crushed, chopped, bruised or just used whole or in cloves
4) leaves=cabbage
stem=celery
roots=carrots
flowers=broccoli (?)
fruit=tomato
5) google it sorry

wasn't this covered in your daily coursework or is this some research you need to do to learn the material as a future reference? this is very basic information you should know if you were paying attention, did the readings, or need to use a reference source. thus you get three lessons. pay attention, do the readings (keep up, don't fall behind even a little bit), plus you will know how to find out the information you require. all important life lessions.
