I was on OnDemand and then went to Exercise TV, and found this workout. it was working so well, i felt so dang good! you know when you find that thing that just fits you, and you dont wanna get rid of it? well i found that. its jackie warner's power circuit ABS. well all the sudden i went on to it yesterday, and it dissappeared!! im kind of mad, but i cant exactly do anything about it. i dont have the money to spare to go out and buy it, but if anyone out there has it, and would give me the list of what to do, it would be SO MUCH appreciated. please please please help me out here. i remember some of them, but some i forgot. thank you so much!!!!
