they will not let me return it even though i cannot use the internet with it - the service is slow and pages do not load - this is classed as a fault am i correct?
i got it out paying 25 a month they stated when i got it i had 14 days to return, i went on holiday and brought it back on the 13th day just to be told that i had to speak with vodafone as thats who the contract is with.
well i spoke to vodafone and they said they cannot cancel the contract with out currys informing them they have taken goods back.
so now im outside the 14days because of the idiot who sent me away.
BUT there policy states you can return faulty items within 28 days surely the fact that i cannot use the internet counts as a fault.
can someone please help me out...what are my options thanks
