For my college admissions essay I am allowed to pick a topic of my choice. I was contemplating writing one of three topics: First, how I would most like to possess the qualities of both Dean Moriarty and Siddhartha. Second, what appeals to me about driving solo across the country (i.e. On The Road). And third, how Rene Descartes' view of our emotions and perceptions has influenced me. What do you think of each topic? Any feedback is helpful, thanks so much.
