So i came upon an ad on craigslist of a seller selling his Nissan Maxima GLE 2003 for 5000 obo...
the car has 150k on it and the title is clean...
he says he has the pink slip but the car is not registered at the dmv and the car is also not insured so ill have to test drive it around his quiet neighborhood in westwood los angeles california(if that means anything)
Can this be a scam? not having the car registered but he has a pink slip and everything...
btw i looked up his number on google and he has a website and there is a picture of him; he looks like a reputable middle age man...
Is this offer to good to be true?
i think he told me that the registration expired and he never got it renewed cause he has a new car...
