Please help asap read

I've been feeling very stiff in my sides, like not quite pain but definately something around my ribs mostly. Now i have a red rash around my heart and I feel very lightheaded and im having vertigo. What is going on? Please help i don't have insurance.
 
I have had a peptic ulcer in the past but i thought it had went away because the symptoms had. I think i may be experiencing occult bleeding after further research, please reply asap
 
I was reading your post, and although I don't have any idea what it could be, I think you should see a doctor. Have someone drive you, since you are not safe to drive while dizzy. Since you don't have insurance, what I would do is go to your last doctor (rather than the E.R., because I'm assuming the E.R. would be more expensive), and ask to be seen. Let them know you don't have the insurance anymore but would work out a payment plan. Then let the doctor know you don't have insurance and don't want unnecessary tests, only the ones they really think will be helpful. Then when you get the bills, call the billing department and try to negotiate the price down or work out a payment-plan. Better safe than sorry and get this checked out, have a doctor examine you and look at the rash. Worry about the bill later.

the rash went down but now it sometimes hurts when i pee but no blood. still think it could be occult bleeding and im still lightheaded. Gonna try to rough it out for 2 more hours until 8am because the local hospital is very expensive and theres a place that opens at 8 that is a lot cheaper.
