Yesturday my daughter came to pick me up to go to an urgent care as I thought I had a uninary infection. She was 3 hours late and when we got to the urgent care it was not there any longer so we went to another urgent care and couldnt find it.... so we went to another city where my daughterlives and found a urgent care. I was very anxiety riden by then..
When the nurse saw me she took my blood pressure. It was 177/100 so they kept me there an hour taking my blood over and over.. they gave me cipro for the bladder infection...... I was very anxiety riden by then....It was 105 degrees that day and I think that affected my anxiety.... does anyone have an idea of how to control this anxiety?????
