Please help a question about the enV3 and Verizon! URGENT?

OK, my enV3 keeps restarting itself, I mean it turns on 10 sec.s and shuts down and does it over and over and over and over. I have no phone insurance or warranty on it but, I've done no wrong and it just started this crap by itself, will they replace it if I take it to the store? (I got my enV3 in July of '09)
