She only had liability insurance but not for the uninsured driver. The car is a total loss and my mom has been paying it for 2 years. The car was parked in the garage and around 3 am it was hit by a 14 year old drunk driver. She is thinking about filing a lawsuit but does anyone know what else she can do?
