please guys ... the boy is so weird... whats his deal?

so there is this guy i work with.. he's soooo fun.. and we like all the same stuff. When we hang out it rocks.. but wait every other day he hates me.. like one day we're kissing and all is good.. and the next he dont even reply to my text.. hes been engaged and had his heart broken.. but so have i? he gets upset when i flirt arond.. we kiss and all but yet he comes into work (we work together) the day after a wonderfulllll night and asks as if he and i have never met.. what do i do? does he like me? or do i just like the chase.. please help me
 
be playful with him at work but dont do things that will get u in trouble. be smiley and say stuff like... hey pretty boring night last night huh? and you should both laugh cuz u both know it wasnt boring
 
tell him directly how you feel be open and honest and tell him that if he is joking it hurts and if he dosnt stop he will lose you.Or do the same thing to him.Or as him if he has a split personality then tell him how you feel
 
sounds like you're more over your last breakup than he is, and he might need a bit of time and room to get over it more before he can get any more serious with you. when hes not in the mood, just let it be and try to understand - the poor guy had his heart broken, right? I'm sure he'll get better soon. If not, the weirdness might be why the other girl broke his heart..
 
Wow what a waste of time. He's kind of emotionaly abusive in that manner. He wants to control you. Break up with him before he does something really stupid because he obviously just isn't that into you.
