i was in a car accident, but it was the other persons fault.
he passed a red light and i hit his truck, ok the truck is from this big company that have money.so my car is no longer working, is a total lost, and they are offering me good money for it, the thing is that they are just offering me 1,500 dollars for my health injuries, so i dont know what to do. i mean i am doing good, nothing really happened to me, i only have like pain in my neck and shoulders, so i got an attorney, but the man told me not to get one, so i am confused.
what should i do? should i keep going with the attorney? or should i take the 1500 dollars?
please give me advice on this
