Please don't tip the workers

A manager walks up to a patron at a gaming establishment and tells him, to his face and in front of the dealers, NOT TO TIP THE DEALERS because he wants the money to go directly to him. Not only is he cruel, but he's inept as well, and let me say that juice is a big factor in this man's job. Just a thought.
 
Could go find him and kill him, but that could get you arrested. A good idea is to learn the stats of the game and give the players advice, if they like what you're doing for them, they won't listen to your fucking boss, they'll tip you like mad.
