I can tell you have a strong voice with great potential. You have some pitch issues which can be solved easily. Try to listen more closely to each note you sing. Match your voice to the melody note by note. Warm ups such as scales up and down will help you master pitch. Are you taking lessons? If not, I suggest you do. I think you should ditch the pop sound (just my preference). Work on matching pitches before you throw in the pop genre. You are on the right path! And don't listen to people who tell you that you sound like crap.
