Are parents the best teachers?
Nowadays with developing society and the advent of media people life style changed. As a result of that, the role of parents in teaching their children changed too. In spite of parents' important role to teach their children, we can observe that they couldn't grow their children lonely.
In my point of view, parents are our first teacher as we were born. They take care of us and do their best to teach most important skill of life. As I remember, When I was child my father bought me games that I could take them apart and join them again, in order to learn how fix mine own problems by myself in future life.
In the other hand, parents cannot teach us different viewpoints and attitudes. In this case parents must cooperate with schools and teachers. In school children will learn wide range of lessons from math to life skill which help them to understand how to deal with different attitudes and problems. Teachers will teach them how they can confront with life in scientific ways. Besides, parents should help their children to communicate with their friends and teachers in school as well.
Parents also could passes down their experiences, which they had in their life, to us. Therefore, we will learn more things and have more experiences without involving or experiencing them. My mother sometimes tell me about her past memories in a way that I learn from her past experiences and utilize them in my life.
Today with new technologies people's life style changed. In some cases, we have to have some risk in our life. Because of parents becoming conservative in old age, they may prevent their children from some risks.
In conclusion, parents could have intense impact on their children life by teaching them life skills and passing down their experiences to them. Also, by providing them opportunity to study in school, they help them to learn how communicate with different people. However, in some cases they should share their responsibilities with society.
