...really has to cut his hair? He has worked there for a year and a half, always looks tidy and ties it back, long hair means a lot to us and we are really annoyed, but now he has become a manager people seem to have a problem, i'm sure i read in the rules that as long as it's tied back it's ok, we are worried that he will be forced or he won't get far or problems if he refuses, is there anyone high up in Asda (male) with long hair? thanks X
