I want to make a short film for like 15-20 minutes, by putting together video clips.
These video clips going to be sent to me via e-mail does that works or they have to send them on CDs by mail. These VC will be from different countries. What is the best way, and if I want to take it to a professional does this will cost me a lot. Alternatively, maybe should I ask help from a student from a directing Collage?
