I need to do a 4 minute instructional video for a class tomorrow. I can instruct the audience on absolutely anything from how to get dressed to how to pitch a tent...WHATEVER...my problem is, I forgot about the assignment and can't think of something easy to do. Please help me come up with an idea so I can go to bed!!!

i did something like that years ago. i gave the class a step-by-step instrucation on how to use a meat slicer (coz i was a deli assistant) and just brought in a picture. maybe give instructions on how to use a video-camera, typing a letter or using an mp3?
