Please answer my question on my fish!?

I just got three bleeding heart tetras today. I just want to know the chance of them surviving. I have a 10 gallon tank with the three of them in it only. I feed them once a day and dechlorinate once a month. I will clean the tank once in a week or 10 days!

Please answer.
Am I just worrying they will die or do I need to do something better?
