Please answer (Height growth)

I hope i'm posting on the correct forum .

i'm 18 , 19 this december, and I haven't grown in 2 years at all !! I remember I had one growth spurt during the summer of 9th or 10th grade and I completely stopped growing since then ... Is this normal? I'm currently 5'8 and I want to be at least 5'10 . i'm afraid I can't grow anymore .

Did my growth plates fused ? my legs are long for my body and I want to try lengthening my back through inversion tables. so if anyone is also using one .. pleas recommend.
 
I'm 23 and I haven't grown since I was 10. LOL I'm 5'1. So...it could be worse. It's not like you're super short or anything. 5'8 is a good height. :)
 
Before you go putting yourself in traction;), try seeing an endocrinologist.

Most males don't stop growing til 20 or older. If your normal growth has stopped prematurely due to some disease or disorder, this can be treated medically. I'm sure they'll counsel you that your present height is perfectly normal, which is true. You'll have to decide if the side effects of the medications are worth the risk to you.
