Please Advise Me......the Best Mobile Cam..

Dear friends,

I want to buy a new cell phone with camera. I need your expert advise which one is the best among mobicams from different manufactures. Please post you valuable suggestions here.
 
Make sure you pay attention to the fact that the number of megapixels has little to do with the quality. Usually, things improve because companies have put more energy into making a good camera, but sometimes there is not difference in quality. So the LG K920 may be good, but don't just count on it being good because it has a 5 megapixel camera.
That being said, I would agree, the Sharp 903 has the best camera, but it has some firmware issues and bugs that cause problems, plus its been discontinued so its hard to find. A close second would be the Sony Ericsson K800/K790, it has a really good flash too so its very much like an actual camera, and with SE you know it will be well designed and mostly bugfree. Also another great camera is the Nokia N93, because it has optical zoom.
 
any newer Sony Ericsson... thats all you need to know.

and like EChild said, the LG definatly doesnt have the best camera. the ammount of megapixels doesnt matter that much. plus SE has got thier autofocus down so well, their new k790 or k800 will take the best pics of any camera phone on the market right now right along with the Sharp 903, which is about a tie... but SE has a better UI and is made more for the US.
 
no guys .... not only cuz of the nombers of megapixels
u can search for kg920 IN THIS forum and see the pictures quality urselfe ..its the only phone i saw beats the 903sh in pictures... so i suggest u take a look first before judging

the k790\k800 is not the best in the market right now and not equal to the 903 or even close to it specially in the colours ,,,,
since u into camera in general (pic\video) i would never recommend the K800\K790 cuz they have the worst and oldest video recording ...... though they are really really good in still pictures and the flash is really powerfull

i would recommend the N73 ...... same size and almost same price as k800 . it can take pics better than the k800 sometimes and it has pne of the best video recording

I have just heard about these problems, apprently there have been some issues. And by issues I don't they are very major, just minor annoyances compared to a bug free SE or Nokia. Of course I have since lost the thread to back up what I am saying but...
 
to tell u the truth the most stable bug free phone i ever used is the 903sh ( used alot of cellphones trust me )

if u are talking about software restrictions then yes i agree, like the japanese 903 wont play usual mp3s

but never heard of any bugs except one from this user and the other from that user ... so it cant be considered as general 903sh bugs
 
Alright the, since you have personaly experiance then their is not question. I just know that when I learned that the 903 was the best camera phone someone mentioned issues it had with stability. But if thats not an issue, then its the best

Right now I am residing in Saudi Arabia and I want to check the listed items are available in Saudi market. I saw the LG K920 phone in the site and I dont like the shape of the phone. i think it would be better to buy Nokia N73 OR N93 which offers a good shape and looks. I dont know about the performance. Anybody is using N93 and N73, please post the experiences with those models. i hope N73 and N93 have much lessewr price when compared to LG. Post the comments please

my vote goes for the k790/k800 specifically because of the flash - it was a pretty close call between the 903 and the k790 but se's ui and the xenon flash (which is just like on a digital camera) - the k790 won out

i just got the phone yesterday - so there arent TOO many pictures but you get the idea
 
yeah but then you have a review like this one from gsmarena where the k790 clearly wins:

i take these reviews with a grain of salt (although traditionally, gsmarena has been pretty spot on) until i try the phone out for myself - the pictures on the k790 are unlike any ive ever seen (sans the 903)

also, the n93 is just as large as my digital camera (larger when opened) - literally...
