...iam waiting for over 48 hours? i know hotmail have some problems in ISPs as PSN mentioned, could any of you who recieved these instructions give us a brief about the content of these instructions?
Is it common instructions for all users so we can benefit from other users who received this instructions?

Note that i received an email from Playstation right now titled "PSN Service Update - Some services have now been restored?" but it is having no instructions for password renewal.
Please help, thanks again.
 
I have been waiting 48 hours also for sony to send me an email to my hotmail account so i can change my password, The only way i could get online was to make a new psn account and use a yahoo email address and i received emails from sony straight away
