playstation 3 game saves?

i want to make a second account master account on my ps3 and want to know if i can move game saves to this second account and if games i've downloaded (PAIN etc.) will be on there or will i have to access old account to play them? Also can you have two master accounts? and how do i move things to external network drive? if you can answer any of these that would be great
 
The only game saved data that's gonna be on the different user is Game Data Utility.

No you can't move purchased games. If you want to make a different master account you must have a different email account and everything else must different from the previous account you made.

External network I don't know that.
