Playstation 2 Emulator?

Does anyone know if there is a fully functional playstation 2 emulator available that plays commercial games..

Also where could i find roms for this
 
Wouldn't it be easier just to fork out $100 and buy a PS2?

Otherwise, Google it.
 
you go to a second hand shop for a computer emulator and replace the size 5 led with a size 14 led

you can download ISO and ROM files separately from other websites, just google them, shouldn't be hard to find.
