Hi
I got my SAMSUNG 40INCH FHD LCD TV 3 series (I bought what I thought was a 5 series LA40C530, the shop demo and the box said 5, but the actual tv in the box was a 3 series. The store said they will sort this out) LCD yesterday and I connected my external harddrive to it through the usb port. It's a 2TB hdd with an NTFS file system. The problem is it didn't pick it up at all. Said it couldn't find a usb device. I tried a 2gb FAT32 flash and it worked fine.
Could the file system be the problem? And if so how can I work around it without having to reformat the hdd as I have too much stuff to backup onto anything else.
Thanks in advance.
