Since they change the way they sell their games, i'm unable to acces most of my Playin TV games. I lets me do the first level, sometimes the second, then request me to suscribe EVEN IF I SUSCRIBE! I called many times about it, even went with the senior techs and nobody is able to fix this. I seems that reps are not even aware themselves that there is a problem.

I e-mailed the [email protected] and their response was that people buying Playin TV in the combo could only acces 8 games while people buying Playin TV individually gets 16.

Can anybody gives me more info about this situation?
 
Recently, Bell ExpressVu added three interactive game theme packs. The Arcade Fun theme, the Puzzles & Trivia theme and a children's learning package. The Arcade Fun theme pack comes with the new Action Arcade games, the new Disney games and half of the Playin' TV games (8 out of 16) for only $8/mo (or $5/mo if you have 5 or more theme packs). The only way to get all 16 Playin' TV games is to subscribe to Playin' TV as part of the Playin' Combo for $7/mo (and maybe by itself for $4/mo). As I understand it, the Playin' Combo now includes all 16 playin' TV games, Playin Casino and access to online games from the same library of games. If you only get Playin' TV as part of the new theme pack you will only be able to play 8 of the 16 games.
 
Agents weren't actually all aware of that situation... I had a call about that tonight and talked to senior tech about that. They told me that they are working on it and "master control" which is responsible for all the programming issue will give them update about that situation on the 6th. They told me that PlayinTV whether bought individually or in the Arcade fun combo should give acces to ALL PLayinTV games. Playin Combo is a package that is no longer offered, but that they still advertise when you go in the games menus
 
My mistake...we were told that Playin combo is no longer offered, but it is still there in the system and we still could had it...only if client requests it. We no longer promote the product
