This is an exercise I pull off with my friends at school during lunch, and family at home. Everyone loves to play this, and it helps a lot when you get stuck with your writing.
We use a topic, or a sentence (forget what they're called right now...) and you have to finish the sentence, and then write a small plot about it.
The topic is: You're running... you stop to make sure the ______ that was following you has given up. But it hasn't, and it's gaining speed, shortening the distance between itself and its meal: you. What do you do?
Now write a small plot as to what happens. Doesn't have to be detailed. It can be listed, bulleted, or a paragraph. Whatever you want.
Hope you have fun! Most interesting plot gets the best answer. Good luck! (Note: I always have a different topic)
