I have a Platte Media icon on my desktop. It has been just lying in between my icons for too long now and I really want to get rid of it! I have realised that it has made my laptop slower and I really hate that. It is just ugly, it looks like a plain paper, it is an application file, just blank, and under it says Platte Account, but how am I supposed to make an account on Platte when I hadn't had a clue of what it was! That's before I found out that I must call a Platte Number, then pay a "Bill" to remove it. I didn't download it, Nobody downloaded it, It just came by itself. Does anyone have an easy solution!?! I don't want to do a stupid clean up thing that could damage my Laptop. Please Please Please Help Me!!!
