i recently had a plantronics over head model and it shorted out and i cant hear out of it but can talk out of it and hear through the speakers but not very loud, i used to have the original headset but gave it to a friend, but it worked pretty good and never broke, now i don't know if i should trust plantronics or microsoft what should i do? also feel free to write your expericences if you want i would most appreciate it
