Planted spring garden two weeks ago and starting to come up. Will it return

in the spring? Is there something I need to do to ensure that it will thrive or will it be alright if I just let it be. Thanks for any help provided.
I live in zone 3.
I planted crocus, dutch iris, and daffodils. I'm unsure which is coming up.
