Saw Planet Terror yesterday and it ROCKS!
It's hilariously over the top and is easily one of the best Zombie flicks out there! Any film with a machine-gun-for-a-leg Go-Go dancer gets my vote! Have to say, some people in the cinema were taking it a bit too seriously!
Although I did prefer Death Proof. I hope they release Grindhouse on R2 as it was intended for the cinema!

I saw it last night and loved it too. I thought it was great as a stand-alone movie and great performances from Jeff Fahey and Rose McGowan. Also thought Freddy Rodriguez was brill and the scene with them and the "missing reel" was class.
Also, the trailer for Machete, hope they make this movie for real as Danny Trejo is very unused nowadays (last thinkg I saw him in was the Halloween remake)
Was laughing my head at Naveen Andrews, I'll go check to see if its clear and gets his head blown off and QT as a pervy soldier.

actually on reflection i think this was awful. the joke wore thin after 5 minutes
what people forget is that the films it is parodying are already beyond parody and quite painful to watch
