PLAN test compared to ACT test?

If I got a 96% percentile lets say on the PLAN test, should I expect to do around that same %, better, or worse, for the ACT? I know its different, but typically, do people go up or down? Like do smarter kids tend to take the PLAN since it's not necessarily needed? Or what? I hope I made myself clear. (To be honest, I only got 96% on Explore test. Have not gotten PLAN results back yet, but you know. HOLLA!)
 
The Pre-tests don't matter at all. They don't tell you anything. You need to wait for the actual test. My PLAN said I was supposed to get a 24 on the ACT, but I got a 34. It doesn't really mattter much.
