It's a "proposed" remake. As far as I know, no one has officially gone out and made this film in its entirety.

But they did go as far as to produce a teaser trailer to gather some interests for the project: LINK

A remake that is paradoxically going to be much much worse than the 'worst film ever made'. Before you know it we'll have big massive vortex, but I doubt that will deter them.
