plain dresses for ballroom dance competition?

ok so i'm looking for a plain dress for standard and for latin..no "light effects" aka anything that reflects light..
i found one for like..400$ but i think that's just ridiculous for something that isn't even decorated...and where you can find a dress that IS already all shiny and sparkly for 200..so i'm looking for something along the lines of 200$ if possible..but can anyone give me some websites maybe??
