Places on the internet to discuss menopause & hormones?

Please give me some places on the net that I can discuss,chat or forum about menopause. My mom died when I was a teen, and I have no sisters,aunts,etc..I need to find motherly type advice...Don't tell me to find it at home, I live way out in the toolies, and the closest city is 35 miles, and they do NOT have any women places..:{
