Pixies Reunion w/out Frank Black?

So I'm skimming this Spin article about the Pixies reuniting to do some shows, but only 4 members are interviewed. Is it that Black couldn't make it to the interview? Or is he not participating at all? I'll admit, I skimmed it, but seriously... No Black Francis, no care.

Nah he's back in of course! They wouldn't be the Pixies without him... such a shame they didn't make it to Aus

Nah, he's back...at the two shows I saw he was amazing, he seemed like the only band member to have his "stage Legs".
