Pixar vs. Aardman.

Which is a more unique company in different animation?

Pixar has made more great films, but Aardman is brilliant as far as straight-up comedies go (its when it comes to being forced into stories they become second-rate).

It's a tricky one - Aardman never really did anything as influential as Toy Story, but I'd say they're a little more versatile than Pixar. Their work in short films and advertising is pretty diverse.

I think one hurdle for Aardman is that most of their stuff now uses Nick Park's style of character design. Unless you see the less mainstream stuff like Angry Kid.

Pixar all the way. Aardman's stuff is good but not that good.

I'm not a huge fan of either one, honestly, but if forced to choose, I'd go with Pixar.

Aardman. Not a Pixar fan, and I enjoy Wallace & Gromit anyway.

Push, they're both the kings of their fields (computer animation and claymation).

Ratatouille is the Pixar movie I enjoy most.

Pixar. I find their works to more entertaining, while I like the Wallace and Gromit shorts, that's pretty much it. I never liked Aaardman much.
