Some people would recommend lasers, frexels, smooth beams, peels and what not. I didn't use any of these procedures but just two OTC products to get rid of my pitted scars - Silkia camellia oil and Epidermx microdermabrasion. I sound like a broken record as I say them often here, but they really got rid of my scars. They are not overnight miracles and you won't see results fast (but mind you none of the drastic procedures will give you immediate results). It took me over a year of faithful use to see results.
