Pirelli MT66 question.

When I ordered my back tire I told the desk jockey I needed a Tube Type Pirelli MT66. He replied any tire can have a tube installed if neccessary. I got the tire today and on the sidewall it says "Tubeless. On tube type rim fit a tube." Does this mean it will work with a tube? I now it probably seems like a dumb question, but I just want to be sure. This is the first street bike I've ever purchased tires for.

Yes it means it will work fine with a tube. I used a set of pirelli tires on my bike. It is a good tire for our bike.

I also have trouble with tubes. At the tire shop instead of installing the 140 90 15 tube they installed a 170 90 15 tube and told me it was better. Works fine but I dont know.
