Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - Fair Warning, Matey - Here Be SPOILERS!

WHat I like is that they can use humor to tell the story and the movie can have both in it and not really be either too serious or too comedic, a great job of balancing I think.
 
I've just seen it again recently. Somehow, my university got an advanced copy. Gah, I'd forgotten how awesome the ending was!

The first dvd was definitely better....but I expected that with this one because you know they're going to release other editions of the movie....
 
I laughed my ass off from the moment they entered that island. This movie looks like it's made more to entertain than to tell a story. I also laughed when Jack realized it was Elizabeth, and he turns to one of his guys and say: "Hide the rum". It was just so hilarious, because of the why is the rum gone-scene in PotC 1...
It was good, but I liked the way they'd built up number 1 better. Then they ended the story, so all we had to do was sit comfortable and enjoy it, and afterwards we knew there would be two more, just as good as this one. The second was more like they didn't end anything at all, they just built up to the third movie and ended this one with a cliffhanger and an angry Davy Jones.

I opened my copy on Sunday! I only got the single disc edition, but I can always borrow the 2nd disc from a friend. I loved the writer's commentary, but I think the special features on the first were way better...
 
I went and saw this two times.... It was great both times. I love this movie! Muahaha... I can't wait for the 3rd!
 
This movie is / was so amazing! I really, really enjoyed it. Much funnier than the first part (in my eyes). The only thing I absolutely didn't like was the end ... I don't know how long Americans have to wait for the third part, but here in Germany it's about a year ... So this is going to be a cruel time!

I was wondering...how exactly would you be able to get into the premiere of PotC3? I think I know when and where the premiere is, but how would I get around to getting into the premiere? Any suggestions/advice would be great!


BTW: I love the icons and animations!
 
Yeah, it really does. I've seen it twice and liked it more the second time, definitely planning to see it a third time too. ;)
