does this make any sense???
a guy I sold the unit to called pioneer directly and talked to a service rep who gave him direction on what to do about the warranty and he also said that the fact that the knob works intermittently means that the unit was damaged before installation
now the guys says this...
I realize the sellers argument is that I damaged the unit, and the unit is sitting in a pioneer repair center in California, so if the people who are going to fix the unit say that it was an installation problem, I pay for the repair. If they say it's and internal problem 'from the factory' then the seller pays?
Is it me or did he not just say he installed the unit? and then turn around and say
" so if the people who are going to fix the unit say that it was an installation problem, I pay for the repair."
I need help with this cause I'm about to lose it this guy called me a CUNT 6 times
