I made the recipe I posted tonight, Harriet. I think it's a pretty
fussy recipe for what is basically a variation of carrot cake (which
is dead easy and not fussy at all) - plus she left out the salt!

My finished cake is on the counter and I'll frost it tomorrow with an
orange juice and powdered sugar glaze. After I taste it, I'll decide
if the minor alterations I made in the filling were justified or not.
