Not very well yet, too many problems lately. My Mom 84, was in the hospital
for a few days, she is ok, false heart attack possibility. Jury duty before
that, took three days of Jury selection process before dismissing me. I am
still on call for Jury duty for the entire month of March. I have to call
each week to determine when I show up. I end up packing sandwiches and a
can of pop when I have to show up. It is a really messed up system. The
local fast food places are making a fortune from hundreds of would be
jurors each week. Locals restaurants are like $15 per lunch. One more week
to go. There are five courts on the list that i may go to on a one day
notice. I think violent crime must be way up in these bad economic times.
I did buy a book called "Meal Planning for Dummies" and "Cooking for
Dummies". Seems like an appropriate title for me. I should get them any day
from Amazon.com. I have also found that my Diet Analysis Software program
can input meals in days in advanced. This way can get a good estimate of
calorie intake before i make my meals. Soon I will give that a try for
planning.
Still, i have not yet gotten my act yet for writing down what i need when i
go shopping. With my Mom and Jury duty, I have not checked out the Medical
Dietician yet because of an unknown schedule. It seems that outside forces
are always interfering with me. I am hoping that April will be nicer to
me.
