This is not a bull****. Because i know there exacly some people there can change suspended bb, to unsuspend. what i can't think is that they can generete imei/pin, so RIM would accept it. they have a guarantee either for this service. OMG..

using mr.othman method is by add 5f5e1 from digit 2 to 6, for eg
Imei : 355507024429289
Pin : 2496B976
then : 2 (496b9) 76 , add 496b9 + 5f5e1 = a8c9a, result 2(a8c9a)b9 and for imei i dont know its random or what
by the way this method not work anymore
