Pimple/wart on ankle

WHICH IS IT? I have had this pinkey size bump swollen and red, and is getting bigger. I scraped the tope layer off and it looked like pin whole all in it. It would not stop bleeding for the longest. It has no head, and it pertains no pus. It is very painful around the base, but not on bump it's self.

sounds like it might be a staph infection. best to go to the doc and get it checked out. If it's staph you'll need antibiotics.
