Approximately 6 months ago I got what appeared to be a pimple between my eyebrows.. Nothing special about it, it was more under the skin than pimples that are at the surface (whiteheaRAB). So I put clearasil on it hoping to clear it up and it went down after about a week or so, but it never went completely down.. I figured it would get better with time. Right now, 6 months later, there is still a raised portion of skin and when I look at it it is just a raised piece of skin, it isn't red at all. It is very uncomfortable because I can feel something there, underneath the skin... Like what seems to be a hardened piece of skin where the pimple was(maybe a scar? I'm really not sure). People tell me it is barely visible, but it makes me very self-conscious and it is very uncomfortable to me... I can feel it and see it and it is not going away, or even improving with time. I went to a doctor and he trivialized it saying that it was just a pimple and that it would go away with time, this was about 3 months in... Now I'm at 6 months with no change. I have no idea what the next step should be, or even what some possible options are... Any insight about this 'blemish' or whatever it is would be appreciated also possible remedies or options(surgical removal?). Thanks in advance.
