Hi All 
I used an e-grade cold waxing cream about 4 years ago, since then, I have these weird rashes on both sides of my arms. Basically they look like hair clogged under the skin that are not able to grow cos of the chemical I used long time ago. I switched to razor shaving after that, I use Dove white soap and don't use any other creams or ointments. My mom said it could be some sort of a disease and I shud visit a dermatologist. Its expensive however and I already have dental problems (which again might be cause of skin rash). Is there any inexpensive home treatment/remedy for this ? I don't want to be a walking pharmacy, but I am planning to repair the teeth problem in the next 3 months. Please advice on treatments possible...
