Pilot dies as light aircraft crashes in field"headline "?

Is this an amazing coincidence what are the chances of that ?
The headline seems to be at that the same time an aeroplane crashes a pilot dies(any pilot) /

instead of(the ) pilot dies when aeroplane crashes .
 
Maybe he had a hard attack or something... He could have also got ruffed up while he was crashing. I'm sure a lot of people would have a heartattack or would get ruffed up in a crash before they hit the ground.

The plane might have crashed after he died, so no one could control it and it went down.
