I have been thinking about trying Pilates myself. I know my pain won't be relieved by it, but I am hoping it might help me lose weight somehow, being nothing else helps. I'm thinking I might actually be able to do this as exercise, since I cannot do anything else.
I do not want to go to a class or trainer, though. I don't have much time, plus don't want to pay monthy gym fees again (that I might never get out of). However, I did see a few pilates machines for home use. They really look like I would be able to use them. I'm hoping some of the exercises on the machine would be enough to get my heart rate up.
