I got my cartilage pierced about 2 weeks ago and it's still in the healing process and it's really sore and swollen right now. In a few days I'm going on a 5 night camping trip and may not have access to clean water to wash my piercing with (I've been using satin). I'm worried that if I neglect the piercing for that long it will become infected. Is there anything I can do that doesn't require water?
