picture won't display in my html page?

i'am an absolute beginner and i am trying to display a picture that is on my C drive with the following code:

<img scr="C:\Documents and Settings\Andy\My Documents\My Pictures\image.jpg">

But all i get when opening it with firefox or IE is the broken image icon.

Please help!
